I. Rules of booking

1.   Booking a stay is possible by contacting the owners of Kraina Jodu by telephone or via e-mail,
2.   After setting a date for the stay, 30% of the total amount should be transferred as earnest money within 3 working days from the date of booking
  the stay by telephone and/or via e-mail.
3.  The payment for the stay should be paid via bank transfer which the owners of Kraina Jodu should receive no later than on the day of arrival
and which is not refundable even if the stay is shortened.
Payment in cash (PLN or EUR) or by BLIK is possible if it is consulted with the owners beforehand.
4.  The only bank account to which the earnest money and final payment for the stay should be transferred is the bank account at Santander
Bank Polska S.A., SWIFT: WBKPPLPP with the following numbers:

5. The hotel day starts at 3 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10 am on the day of departure. Changing the hours is possible only after
permission the owners of Kraina Jodu.
6.  Each person staying in Kraina Jodu is reported to the Władysławowo Commune Office and a municipal resort tax is collected from each person.

In 2024, the resort tax amounts to PLN 3.00 per person for each day of stay.
7. The check-in and checkout take place in the presence of the owners of Kraina Jodu or their representative.
The owners of the facility have the right to hand over the keys in another, effective way.
8. The number of people staying a mopbile home cannot exceed the number of beds in it.
Mobile home 1 - max. 6 persons, Mobile home 2 - max. 5 persons.

II. Terms of use

1. All the guests staying in Kraina Jodu undertake to comply with the provisions of the following regulations, health and safety, and fire regulations,

and, in exceptional situations to comply with the requests of the owners or their representative.
2.   Any defects noticed during the use of the house should be reported to the owners or their representative on an ongoing basis.
3.   Guests renting the mobile homes bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused during their stay.
4.   In the event of causing any damage, guests are obliged to immediately report this fact to the owners of the facility and remedy the damage
in the manner indicated by the owners of Kraina Jodu.
5.   Kraina Jodu is not responsible for valuables and money left in the mobile homes and on the premises (including the terrace and playground).
6.   The quiet hours are valid from 10 pm to 7 am.
7.   On the premises of the facility it is forbidden to:
a. disturbe the peace and rest of others, including playing loud music,
b. light bonfires,
c. behave indecent and vulgar,
d. abuse alcohol,
e. litter and soil the facility,
f. disrespect someone else's property,
g. bring large animals (small animals are allowed with the prior consent of the owners)
h. allow the presence of third parties who are not registered guests of Kraina Jodu
8.  People who violate these regulations will be obliged to leave Kraina Jodu without reimbursement.
9.   The owners of Kraina Jodu are not responsible for the vehicles and the properties inside them, regardless of the location in which the vehicles
  are parked.
10.  If the key to the mobile home is lost, guests are obliged to immediately report this fact to the owners of Kraina Jodu in order to duplicate
the key or replace the lock, and pay the related fee.
11.  Children and teenagers under the age of 18 may stay in the Kraina Jodu facility only if supervised by adults.
12.  The person lighting the grill is also obliged to extinguish it and supervise it while burning.
13. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the holidaymaker, the earnest money paid for the reservation is forfeited,
14.  It is forbidden to connect any heating devices in the mobile homes without the prior consent of the owners of the facility.
15. It is forbidden to wash cars and motor vehicles on the premises of the Kraina Jodu facility.
16. It is forbidden to park cars in a way that blocks entry or exit and restricts free movement of other users of the facility.
17. It is possible to park outside of the facility (parallel to the fence) excluding the area in front of the wicket gate and the entrance gate,
18.  Inside the houses it is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes and others!

III. Garbage

1. Guests are obliged to sort waste and throw it into marked and described containers on the premises, located at the

entrance gate of the facility.
2. The waste should be segregated into 4 categories:
a. mixed waste (black sticker with description on the container) - waste other than those described below and BIO
b. glass waste (green sticker with description on the container)
c. paper waste (blue sticker with description on the container)
d. plastic and metal waste (yellow sticker with description on the container) - plastic bottles, cans, cartons of milk and juice, caps, foils, plastic bags
3. In the case of any problems with the identification of the given waste, guests are obliged to contact the owners.

IV. Playground

1. The playground is intended for children aged 2 to 8, and the trampoline for children up to 15 years old.
2. Children using the playground must be supervised by adults who are fully responsible for them.
The use of the trampoline is at the full responsibility of the parents.
3. It is forbidden to let animals onto the trampoline.
4. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children.

V. Final provisions

1. Booking a reservation and paying earnest money is tantamount to accepting the above regulations.
2. In the case of cancellation of the reservation, the earnest money is not refundable.
